Remote Viewer Problem:

Microsoft Vista will not let you save any files in the Programs Files directory.
By default the path in the remote viewer is set to: C:\program files\remoteviewer\Backup|
You will need to change this to any other path on your computer in order to save files through the remote viewer.
You can change the path by clicking on the SETTING button on the remote viewer main page. Then click on the PTZ/SAVE tab.
Locate the SAVE section of the work space (1) press the ... button (2) and change the record path to another location on your PC.
