We require that you provide all information below or you will not get a reply. 

(1) Your full name.

(2) Your company name.

(3) Indicate if your an end user or a seller.

(4) If your a end user please provide the name of the company you purchased from.
If purchased on eBay we require the sellers eBay user name.


(5) Provide the serial number form the back of your DVR.
      This will help us determine the manufacture date of your DVR. If you don't know it, get it before contacting us.

(6) Provide a contact number where you can be reached. Home, Business, Cell.

(7) Attach pictures of the front and back of your DVR if possible. 
(Not required but very helpful.)

(8) Let us know your problem or question.
